As-and-when phone/Skype support

Sometimes you need some extra support with your maths work but don't have the time for an hour-long session, or don't want to commit to a regular slot.

I can still help. Call me!

How does it work?

  1. You decide you need help;
  2. You drop me an e-mail telling me:
    • What you're struggling with (the more detail you give me, the quicker- and cheaper- the call will be);
    • When you're available;
    • Roughly how long you want to talk for;
    • How I should get in touch with you (Skype is best; IM and phone also work).
  3. I get back to you, and say whether and when I can help;
  4. You pay me for the time you plan to use;
    • The first five minutes (per week) are free;
    • After that, each ten-minute block costs £5.00

What's your availability?

Although I'm booked out for regular, one-to-one tutoring, I can be more flexible with one-off or occasional calls. I expect to have at least an hour available for phone support most weekdays.

How quickly can you fit me in?

If I'm not too busy, I can probably talk to you the same day. As the exams get closer, it may take up to a week for us to find convenient time. I'll always aim to respond to your e-mail the same day, and give you an idea of the timescale.
